Refund policy

Warranty Coverage:

  • All products sold by Techspirit.ca come with a warranty as specified on the product page. If no specific warranty is mentioned, a standard one-month warranty applies.

Sales Terms:

  • All transactions are considered final sales. No exchanges or refunds are available except as specified below.

Issue Reporting and Resolution:

  • If a customer detects any issues with the product, it must be reported to us immediately. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is defective.
  • A copy of the original receipt must accompany any items sent back for exchange.
  • If an item is not available for exchange, Techspirit.ca may offer a comparable product or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Condition of Items:

  • Refurbished or open-box items may show minor scratches or signs of usage.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:

  • Items sold at our store or on our website are not covered by any manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated. Products should not be returned to the manufacturer.

Store Warranty Liability:

  • Under our store warranty, liability is limited to the obligation to replace or refund any product found to be defective under normal use and service.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software items, gift cards, or e-gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
